Kindly ensure you have read and understood our Policy & Responsibilities before proceeding with your booking.

Eligibility

• Renters must be at least [Minimum Age, e.g., 18/21] years old.

• A valid motorcycle license must be presented at the time of rental.

• An international driving permit (IDP) is required if the license is not in English or recognized locally.

• The renter must provide a valid form of identification and a deposit (cash or credit card) as security.

Upload clear, color images of the following documents:

1. Passport (Main Photo Page)

   • Must clearly show your full name, photo, passport number, and expiration date.

   • Must be valid (not expired).

   • Upload format: JPG, PDF.

   • Max file size: [Insert size 5MB].

2. Driving License (Front side)

   • Must show your full name, photo, license number, and expiration date.

   • The name must match your passport or be a recognized alias.

   • International Driving Permit (IDP) is required and recognized.

Return Policy

• Motorbikes must be returned at the agreed time and location (Kubu River View Villa).

• Please return the bike with the same fuel level it was rented with (full tank).

• Late returns may incur additional charges unless previously arranged.

Customer Responsibilities

• A valid international or Indonesian motorcycle driving license is required.

• Helmets must be worn at all times while riding (provided with rental).

• The renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the motorbike during the rental period.

• In case of an accident or mechanical issue, please contact our support immediately.

• Renters are responsible for any traffic fines or violations incurred during use.​​

• Renters are responsible for damage risk cause of abuse of use or traffic accident.
